• Work from home & set your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday³

To be successful in this Gig as a Service Provider for Turbo Tax you will need to be proficient in the following :

• This role doesn't require any specific accounting background. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and help Turbo Tax customers with their questions.
• Strong communication is key in assisting customers with Turbo Tax products and tax return software. You'll need to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• The ability to understand and empathize with our customers needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.

¹ Starting Pay $18.50 gross per hour. You must work a minimum of 25 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, between 8AM and 12am EST. Fees apply ($2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 Live Xchange Service Fee). .

² To receive the $405.00 certification bonus, if the following criteria are met :
Must complete and pass training certification, and work a min of 8 hours on Oct 15th to qualify for the Certification bonus .

³Build your own schedule from available hours of business, you must have a schedule in GigCX Marketplace to work. All earnings will be calculated from the worked schedule in GigCX Marketplace. Working without a schedule in GigCX Marketplace will not qualify for earnings.
