Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers in a virtual, customer‑facing role, using Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand through customer delight.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional, friendly, and confident interaction via video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location (example ranges provided below) and this position is eligible for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
