Base Pay Range$50,000.00/yr - $/yr
Job OverviewAs a financial advisor with Edward Jones, you will develop and grow your own practice, supported by branch associates, a home‑office team and other regional financial advisors. Key Responsibilities- Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media and speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Utilize a firm‑provided branch office in the community and client support to focus on your clients.
- Work independently while being backed by a network extending from your client support team office to your region to the home office.
Edward Jones’ compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), disability income continuation, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Basic life and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to financial advisors. Hiring Minimum $50,000;
Hiring Maximum $125,000.

- Experience in financial services working with clients, in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success
- State insurance licenses preferred
- Preferred additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™
