Remote position. This role is focused on structuring, teaching, and supporting fellow loan officers to build a high-performing mortgage team.

• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach team members.
• Structure files and train others in effective loan processing and file management.
• Serve as a back-end specialist to support new and existing loan officers (the 6 LOs added in the last 30 days).
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and lead a high-performance mortgage operation.
• Be available to guide and support team members as they handle applications and closes.

• Experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with strong knowledge of Conv, Gov, and Non-QM programs; fluent in DU/LP.
• Extensive familiarity with Fannie/Freddie guidelines.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities; able to train others and lead by example.
• Relentless work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to structure files and educate team members on best practices.
