• Teach file structuring? Educate like a BOSS!

• Your mission: you’re the go-to for structuring, teaching, and supporting, especially for our 6 NEW LOs from the last 30 days.
• Run pipelines, snag leads, build relationships, and coach.
• Teach how to structure files and coach others to excellence.

• Experienced Loan Officer with knowledge of Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products.
• Familiar with DU/LP and Fannie/Freddie guidelines.
• Strong leadership, relentless work ethic, and ability to train others.

This is a remote position. Join a team where you can build and lead a group of loan officers under leadership like Niko Kramer, who emphasizes coaching and collaboration.
