The position is for an independent contractor (1099) with 100% commission-based compensation. The pay ranges from $40,000 to $145,000 per year, with a $50k part‑time average and up to $145k+ full‑time potential.

We are a large financial firm assisting clients with Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, College Savings, and other financial services. This flexible remote contract role can be performed part‑time or full‑time, depending on your goals. • Educate clients on key financial concepts such as income protection, retirement strategies, debt management, and wealth building.
• Help families strengthen their financial "infrastructure," applying the same organized, logical thinking used in IT.
• Build trust-centered relationships through transparency, communication, and ethical guidance.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and create tailored strategies to help them reach long‑term goals.
• Collaborate with a supportive team (many with IT backgrounds) who provide weekly mentorship and training.
• Build and manage your own client base while enjoying complete schedule flexibility.

• Conduct virtual consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and goals.
• Provide tailored financial solutions that empower the client to achieve long‑term security.
• Recommend customized life insurance and annuity solutions that align with client objectives.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Educate individuals and families on available financial options.

• Must have completed education.
• Must be able to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor and 100% commission-based.
• May need to invest in obtaining a Life Producer’s License; a 1099 contractor must be willing to invest.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Financial certification for your state (tutoring provided).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a computer or tablet for client work.
