Our fantastic client is seeking two Reconciliation Specialists to join their cross-functional Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. One specialist will work a Monday–Friday schedule, while the other will work Thursday–Monday to ensure seamless coverage seven days a week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

Perform daily reconciliations by comparing bank transactions to merchant records.

Create merchant reports using financial data and custom in-house software.

Calculate merchant fees using transaction data and merchant contracts.

Communicating, monitoring, and adhering to financial controls and policies.

Building strong, cross-functional working relationships with other departments.

Preparing bank files as required.

Performing other financial and administrative duties as needed.

Cross-training within the finance group to support other functions.

Corresponding with merchants as required.

Education:

High school diploma required.

Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Experience:

+ years in an administrative or customer service role required.

Accounting support or accounts receivable experience is an asset.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Team player.

Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Accountable and dependable.
