Support ADS Treasury mission and activities within the Cash Management, Banking, Compliance and Treasury Systems team. Support Internal Control Self
- Assessment process for Core and Non
- Core ADS Legal Entities:

• Consolidate Internal Control Self
  - Assessment tool with controls conformity levels and deliver requested control evidence for Core Legal Entities
• Organize trainings to non
  - Core Legal Entities to support on ICSA tool deliveries requested
• Active participation to detect actions and improvements within in the process

Support on yearly Attestation Review Exercise:

• eBAM tool Divisional focal point for Airbus Defence and Space (~140 LE)
• Follow- up on Compliance Attestation Review process and Legal Entities´support

Support in other Airbus Group Treasury Compliance projects and requirements:

• Non- authorized banking groups reduction project,
• Payment Factory Roll- out
• MT940 banking service activation
• Cashpooling topics

Manage Treasury operational topics and relationship with the banks:

• Update Bank Accounts Mandates at bank level and internal tools user rights
• Support Treasury for yearly auditory in Germany:

• Define and confirm German bank accounts part of the auditory scope
• Preparation of auditory letters, sending and coordination with Legal Entities
• Follow- up and ensure that banking auditory information has been sent on time to the auditors

• Support ADS Legal entities for daily operational treasury topics

(Aufgaben stellung in Englisch, da Projektsprache)

• Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft
• 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Kontrolle
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, d.h. Treasury und Rechnungswesen
• Kenntnisse von Finanzsystemen sind erforderlich

• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Freude an der Arbeit in internen Organisationen
