Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we'd love to connect with you.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, calculations, manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, team expertise to deliver accurate answers.
• Communicate via video software, document interactions, maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients, commitment to brand and customer delight.
• Excellent customer service, comfortable with video/audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week across 3+ days.
