Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer.
• Virtual, customer-facing role: use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation; committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers through video & audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Base Pay Range varies by location (examples below). This position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
