Join Intuit as a seasonal, credentialed bilingual tax advisor. This remote role requires an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney). The position is open to English/Spanish speakers.

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help clients complete taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products: provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexity, delivering excellent customer service via video/audio tools professionally and confidently.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
