Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive AI governance frameworks and regulatory compliance strategies.

Ensure strict adherence to global financial standards, including SEC Algorithmic Trading Regulations, MiFID II Automated Trade Oversight, and FINRA AI-Advisory Compliance Mandates.

Oversee data security and financial governance standards, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO / IEC, and Basel III frameworks.

Lead regulatory compliance audits and ensure the submission of quarterly compliance reports verifying algorithmic trade integrity.

Advise on expanded liability protections and risk disclosures for AI-trading execution and hedge fund investment.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed compliance-by-design principles into all AI models and platform features.

Extensive experience (8+ years) in financial regulatory compliance, ideally within fintech or algorithmic trading environments.

Deep understanding of global financial regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, MiFID II, GDPR, Basel III).

Proven track record of establishing and enforcing robust compliance frameworks.

Experience with AI governance and the ethical deployment of AI in financial services.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
