Loan Support Analyst - Midland - CMBS Servicing

As a Loan Analyst within PNC's Midland Commercial Real Estate Servicing Group, you will be based within the PNC footprint and work from home and in a hybrid position.

The Loan Analyst position will assist in servicing CMBS loans by:

• Identifying and contacting authorized party to complete Borrower Admin registration for CRE Insight access
• Processing borrower requests via phone, email, and CRE Insight portal
• Researching and processing incoming and aged funds
• Monitoring delinquencies and performing collection activities
• Reviewing and processing borrower requested late charge waivers
• Completing address changes, audit confirmations, and rate caps reviews
• Communicating and collaborating with Functional Departments to aid borrowers with any potential questions or issues that may arise

This Loan Analyst position is necessary to effectively handle the department’s workload and enhance the customer service levels. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

• Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements.
• Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions.
• Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements. Supports work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures.
• Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $34,000.00 – $76,200.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
