We’re a growing mortgage brokerage serving clients across the Southeast, and we’re looking for a licensed Loan Officer who loves helping homeowners improve their financial picture through refinance solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the refinance process, enjoys working with people, and is motivated to build a strong, steady pipeline. You’ll receive initial leads to help you get started, along with the support of a collaborative team and access to multiple lenders.

• Work primarily with refinance clients, guiding them from application through closing
• Advise borrowers on Conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loan options
• Manage your pipeline efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience
• Partner with lenders and internal team members to ensure smooth, on-time closings What We’re Looking For
  • Active NMLS Loan Originator license in at least one of the following states: GA, FL, or AL
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as you grow
  • Experience taking and processing loan applications and working with multiple lenders
  • Refinance experience preferred (but not required)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results
  • Client-focused with a strong commitment to service and ethical lending
  • Team-oriented, yet confident managing your own pipeline independently
