Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Analyst, join their team.
As an Analyst you will be part of the Central Reconciliations team supporting regulatory reporting, account reconciliation, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong reconciliation skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and effective time management, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyt

Location: Toronto, ON

Pay Range: $31.50/hr

Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension.

What's the Job?

• Prepare and review regulatory and financial reports by extracting data from internal systems
• Participate in audit, control, and security checks to ensure compliance with organizational standards
• Respond promptly to internal and external queries to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Test and analyze new systems and reconciliation processes to improve departmental efficiency
• Identify, investigate, and resolve account discrepancies and exceptions to prevent losses

What's Needed?

• Strong reconciliation skills with experience in account and statement review
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Effective time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of internal and external financial systems and applications is preferred
