An opportunity exists to join our team as a Private Credit Product Specialist to support in delivering an ambitious Private Credit business plan.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 4 days a week in our office location.

As a senior member of the team, you will help drive the fundraising, investor relations and product development effort across our Private Credit business in the Americas and globally. You will work with a range of senior stakeholders within Macquarie Asset Management and will become a key touch point with Macquarie Asset Management’s existing and prospective investors, and an important driver of capital raising outcomes for the firm.

Salary range for this position: $175,000 - $260,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. • Support the Head of Private Credit, Client Solutions Group Americas in delivering the regional budget, business plan, and key strategic initiatives, including marketing and events.
• Oversee private credit fundraising activities and new product development, manage SMAs, negotiate investor terms, and lead investor pitches in the Americas.
• Facilitate the rollout of new private credit funds by providing investor feedback, ensuring products are tailored to the target investor base, and supporting relationship managers in servicing key clients.
• Drive co‑investment syndication processes and collaborate with the global Investment Team by sharing investor feedback and transaction structuring insights.
• Contribute to private credit communications, data analysis, presentations, and marketing strategy, while providing US market insights, competitor analysis, and transaction data to product specialists.
