• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals
• Develop and maintain financial models for cash forecasting and capital planning
• Conduct benchmarking and variance reporting to identify trends and risks
• Oversee budgeting processes and provide recommendations for process improvements
• Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems

• Master’s degree or CPA preferred
• CPA, CMA, or CFP certification preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
