  Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

• Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data to support decision‑making processes
• Develop, prepare, interpret, and monitor financial analysis and forecast data
• Serve as a knowledge resource to operations managers regarding financial information
• Make recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance financial reporting and forecasting

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field, or an Associate degree plus six years of experience, or ten years of experience within a healthcare setting in accounting or finance
• Minimum of two years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in using spreadsheet software with knowledge of functions and macros
• Minimum of four years of experience in accounting, finance, or decision support for Senior Financial Analyst I
• Demonstrated proficiency in independent financial analysis and collaboration with managers for Senior Financial Analyst I

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Two years of experience within a healthcare setting in accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis
• Experience using budgeting/forecasting software
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification
