• Manage payroll-related state tax registrations and account maintenance with federal and state tax agencies
• Perform daily tax-related operations including tax filing, account setup, and issue resolution
• Develop and execute strategies for streamlining tax registration processes
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for federal and state tax agencies, ensuring effective communication

• Proven experience in supervising operations in a payroll or similar environment
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision

• Experience working remotely
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Passion for building new business lines and driving growth
