Sr Financial Analyst

• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare financial reports for management review
• Review, reconcile, and consolidate submitted financial data of complex scope
• Identify and implement process improvements and initiatives
• Participate in internal control testing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist with various projects as assigned by a direct supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Advanced degree desirable
• 5 – 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email applications
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Working knowledge of healthcare industry
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
