Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you.

• You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills; excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
