• Administer and develop the Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS) to optimize financial planning and analysis processes
• Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance reporting capabilities and align the EPM platform with strategic goals
• Conduct financial analysis and planning support as needed
• Ensure effective management of the financial planning and analysis ecosystem
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization tools to support financial reporting

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS), including system administration and development
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Smart View, SQL, or data visualization tools is a plus
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with financial systems and analysis in a healthcare environment
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with operational leaders
