• Research and develop new methods for insurance rating and loss reserving
• Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory agencies
• Provide training and mentorship to junior Actuarial Analysts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actuarial support and insights
• Gather, clean, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
• Or a graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area with 3 years of experience in the same field
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation experience
• Leadership experience within a team setting
• In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
• Basic software programming skills
