- Prepare and coordinate analyses of rate and statistical filings for regulatory submission

- Perform data analysis and recommend changes to insurance products
- BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field with 5 years of experience in statistical and actuarial analysis on personal lines insurance
- Or a graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 3 years of relevant experience
- Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the actuarial industry and insurance marketplace
- Basic software programming skills
- Active participation in company culture initiatives and community service
