At 2 Hour Learning, you will not spend your time reviewing outdated budgets or coordinating with BI teams. Instead, you will design the models, dashboards, and controls that equip operators and executives with the insight required to make informed decisions—every day. Your contributions will influence everything from new school openings to critical strategic shifts, and they must be swift, precise, and reliable.
You will take ownership of a dynamic, AI-enhanced finance infrastructure. This includes consolidated P&L models for every school and business line, rolling 12–18 month projections updated within 72 hours of current conditions, and dashboards that isolate the two or three variables that truly drive outcomes. You will construct this entire system using Klair, Syft, and Retool—without requiring any engineering resources.

• Develop and sustain integrated 3-statement models for every school and vertical — connecting enrollment, staffing, and Cap Ex into a unified forecast.
• Refresh rolling 12–18 month projections on a weekly basis using current data and run scenario analyses for upside and downside exposure.
• Provide executive dashboards powered by real-time data — surfacing critical levers and supporting daily, high-confidence decision-making.
• Leverage AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove manual spreadsheet dependencies throughout finance operations.
• Produce concise memos that distill financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget considerations — at board‑ready quality, within 72 hours.

• Overseeing a sluggish budget cycle — your projections adjust alongside the business in real time.
• Monitoring cost centers or tracking down receipts — your focus will be on insight and oversight, not process enforcement.
• Depending on BI teams — you will create the tools, dashboards, and models independently.
• Getting lost in detail — your responsibility is to highlight the small number of insights that shift outcomes.
• Generating reports that go unused — your deliverables influence decisions within days.

Provide continuously updated financial models, forecasts, and dashboards that enable daily decision‑making and strategic insight across a rapidly expanding school network.

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math (CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus)
• U.S.
  
  -based and authorized to work without sponsorship
• Willing to travel ~25% to campuses across the U.S.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corp finance/M&A (not audit), or high‑growth FP&A
• Demonstrated experience developing integrated 3‑statement models aligned with U.S. GAAP
• Able to produce investor‑grade analysis and recommendations under compressed timelines
• Regular user of AI/automation tools (e.g., GPT, Klair, Syft, Retool, Net Suite automations)

• ERP experience in Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
• Familiarity with multi‑site education, facilities, or ops‑heavy industries
• Experience with board‑level reporting or investor‑facing materials
• Track record of building AI‑automated dashboards or low‑code finance tools
• Exposure to high‑end service environments with exacting financial standards
