A leading global Advisory & Consulting firm is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while engaging with colleagues and clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a dual‑role position and pivotal part in both commercial development and financial management, supporting strategic growth and operational excellence for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Qualifications And Experience For The Finance Business Partner

• CA(SA) 2026 / CA(SA) 2025
• Exposure to Consulting industries or Professional Services (Advantageous)

Key duties for the Finance Business Partner

• Lead efforts to win commercial engagements in accounting, tax, and broader finance services.
• Actively participate in client projects and internal initiatives to strengthen the firm’s financial compliance portfolio.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting strategic growth within the organisation.

Commercial Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dutch market and beyond.
• Develop proposals and pricing models for accounting, tax, and compliance services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Client & Internal Project Involvement

• Support delivery of client engagements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams on finance transformation projects and process improvements.
• Provide strategic input on expanding the firm’s service offerings in finance & accountancy.

Financial Expertise

• Advise clients on accounting standards, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for both clients and the firm.
• Ensure robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of European compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required.
