Junior Global Controller – Bolton Food, Milan, Italy
Bolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company. We are seeking a Junior Global Controller to join our Global Finance team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis to align with the company’s business objectives.

Prepare and oversee budget and forecast for the Business Unit, collecting data across Bolton Food subsidiaries.

Perform consolidation of financial results from multiple entities.

Oversee global financial reporting, including the preparation of consolidated statements.

Manage and control BU working capital to maximize cash‑flow across the supply chain.

Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.

Elaborate business unit reporting and presentations with financial performance insights.

Collaborate with cross‑functional and local controlling teams across geographies and central functions.

Qualifications & Skills

Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.

2‑3 years of experience in a similar controlling role.

Expert knowledge of Excel.

High precision, attention to detail, ability to work with cross‑functional teams, and meet objectives and deadlines.

Proficiency in English and Italian.
