Intuit is seeking dedicated Tax Experts to join our team for the upcoming tax season. If you hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential—such as CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney— and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we would love to connect with you.

As a remote Tax Advisor, you will assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You’ll provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries while advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Maintain accurate records and document interactions with customers.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state 1040 tax returns with commercial tax software.
• Unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience and active PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) in both written and spoken forms.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using video/audio tools to interact with customers professionally and confidently.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. Below are the expected base pay ranges by region:

Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50

Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50

Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80

Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50

Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80

Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80

Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50

Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30

New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50

New York: $28.80 - $36.50

Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30

Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80

Washington: $28.80 - $36.50

Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
