Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers using everyday language.
• Operate a virtual, customer-facing role via video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency with video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

• Pay range varies by location:
• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30/hr
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80/hr
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50/hr
