We are working with a New Jersey-based banking client that is seeking experienced professionals for a remote contract opportunity focused on Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) compliance. This role is ideal for candidates with specialized experience in cannabis-related financial accounts and familiarity with the Fiserv FCRM platform.

• Draft Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for internal management review.
• Document and explain instances where no SARs are identified.
• Conduct reviews of transactions and account activities with a focus on cannabis-related businesses.
• Utilize Fiserv's FCRM (Financial Crime Risk Management) platform for investigative and reporting tasks.

• Proven experience in BSA/AML compliance and SAR drafting.
• Specific experience working with cannabis-related financial accounts is required

• Familiarity with the Fiserv FCRM platform.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• This is a fully remote position.
• The contract is expected to run through the end of the year.
