Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries. Use everyday language in customer interactions and document interactions accurately.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Expected base pay range:
Bay Area, California $28.80 - $36.50;
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50;
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80;
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50;
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80;
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80;
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50;
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30;
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50;
New York $28.80 - $36.50;
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30;
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80;
Washington $28.80 - $36.50;
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
