About the Role:
Our client, a professional services organization based in the US, is looking for an Associate Manager in Accounting & Financial Advisory.
As an Associate Manager, you will lead accounting and financial advisory engagements, working directly with client leadership. You will provide technical accounting guidance and deliver actionable solutions that drive business success.

• Lead accounting and financial advisory engagements for senior leadership.
• Deliver technical accounting expertise and strategic business solutions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred (or actively pursuing CPA designation).
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or financial advisory.
• Proven leadership and client management skills.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
