Cost Accountant – Palm Beach Gardens

A global leader in life sciences is seeking a Cost Accountant/Analyst to join its team. This role provides timely, accurate financial insights to support data‑driven decision‑making and optimize spending across support functions.

• Serve as the primary financial partner for operations, evaluating the cost impact of changes in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to analyze inventory variances and develop strategies to meet financial targets.
• Support monthly financial reviews, including variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic financial projections.
• Provide financial support for daily operations and ad hoc business initiatives.
• Maintain and enhance financial systems used for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support the evaluation and management of capital expenditure projects.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and perform special assignments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting, including cost accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a manufacturing environment.
• CMA is highly preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger management.

The position is based onsite Monday to Friday in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with 4 days a week in the office and the benefit of 1 work-from-home day.

The pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $ per year.
