As a virtual, customer‑facing Tax Expert you will help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers through state‑of‑the‑art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional, friendly interaction through video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Expected base pay ranges by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
