Role Description

Sky Reach Capital Group is seeking a full‑time Exempt Market Representative for a hybrid role based in Surrey, BC. This position involves managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and offering tailored investment solutions. Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to assess financial needs, delivering presentations, training clients on financial products, and driving sales performance. The role allows for flexibility, with a combination of office‑based and remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Proven experience in Sales and Negotiation to drive results and close deals effectively.
• Ability to conduct Training sessions to educate clients about financial products and services.
• Professional demeanor, self‑motivation, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to balance hybrid work arrangements.
• Previous experience in financial services or investments is an asset.
• Completion of Exempt Market Proficiency (EMP) course.
