Responsibilities- Direct management of a team of revenue‑generating Financial Advisors focused on turning prospects into retail investment clients.
- Perpetuate a team culture of coaching and metrics‑based performance and accountability.
- Lead team meetings, small group, and 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions focused on improving Advisor efficiency.
- Interact with high‑value prospects to directly influence hiring decisions.
- Participate in new employee and ongoing educational training/coaching initiatives impacting the New Client Development organization.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other groups regarding employee and process‑related issues and policies.
- Investigate and resolve prospect/client evaluations and escalations.
- 3+ years of experience in leadership roles in the Financial Services industry or a track record of success and continued improvement in a high‑volume, new‑client development Financial Advisor role.
- Strategic thinker who can communicate and execute tactically.
- Ability to manage through strong communication.
- Capable leader that deploys diplomacy while working collaboratively.
- Functional expertise in diagnosing operational and qualitative opportunities and introducing solutions.
- Fosters a culture of engagement, professional growth, and promotes successful outcomes.
- Series 65 required; CFP desired.
The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $105,000 – $125,000. Final base pay will be determined based on responsibilities, job‑related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
