Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• You will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• You will provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in clear language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

• Minimum 20 hours per week, across three or more days.
• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills; comfortable interacting via video and audio tools.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation and enhancing Intuit's brand.

Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area CA $28.80 - $36.50, Southern CA $28.80 - $36.50, Colorado $27.50 - $34.80, Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50, Illinois $27.50 - $34.80, Maryland $27.50 - $34.80, Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50, Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30, New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50, New York $28.80 - $36.50, Ohio $24.80 - $30.30, Vermont $27.50 - $34.80, Washington $28.80 - $36.50, Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50.
