Turing is looking for experts in finance to work with our researchers to improve AI model performance. We seek professionals across investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, accounting, and others. If you enjoy solving complex finance problems and are interested in working with AI systems, apply. No prior AI experience is required.
What Does Day‑to‑Day Look Like- Evaluate LLM models for finance areas where models underperform.
- Leverage your finance expertise to help AI learn how to build models and conduct financial analyses.
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific finance domains (e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments).
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
CFA (Level I/II/III) or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance.
