Meet the Managing Director, Matt Banderman:
Matt is not your typical financial leader. Graduating from Fontbonne University in 2001 with a Business Management degree, Matt's journey into finance began as an intern with Northwestern Mutual during his senior year. Since then, he's navigated a path of excellence, becoming a full-time Financial Advisor and eventually the Managing Director of Northwestern Mutual St. Louis in 2015, while opening his own thriving office located near Kirkwood/Sunset Hills.

With over 20 years of experience, Matt has achieved the prestigious Million Dollar Roundtable qualification twelve times, placing him among the top of all financial advisors globally.

Beyond his professional achievements, Matt is a devoted father of two daughters, aged 19 and 16, and a 9-year-old son. He lives near Eureka, sharing his passion for all things sports, competition and personal development. Matt's vision extends far beyond financial success; he aims to build a diverse and thriving office environment, where former athletes, beginners, and seasoned professionals alike come together to excel.

Through mentorship, community service (serving on a multitude of impactful boards like:
