Join Intuit as a Seasonal Credentialed Bilingual Tax Advisor (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) for the upcoming tax season. We seek candidates with an active PTIN and unrestricted credential who can provide tax advice to our customers using Intuit Turbo Tax products.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers in everyday language.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand through customer delight and empowerment.
• Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting with customers via video and audio tools in a professional and friendly manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit's compensation and benefits plans.
