- Work 100% remotely from your home or office.
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
- Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers.
- Interact with customers via video communication software and document interactions.
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax prep software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax law knowledge and PTIN.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) written & spoken.
- Excellent customer service skills and confident video/audio communication.
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread over at least three days.
Base pay ranges by location:
Bay Area CA $28.80–$36.50, Southern CA $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Maryland $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits as per Intuit plans.
