Job Summary

The Service Experience Senior Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience by supporting financial professionals with complex service needs and account-related inquiries. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource, providing timely, accurate solutions through phone and email support, processing account paperwork during peak volumes, and collaborating closely with internal teams and the Clearing Firm to resolve service tickets.

With a strong problem‑solving mindset, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while further building a career in the financial services industry.

Key Deliverables And Responsibilities
  • Provide support to financial professionals via phone calls or emails regarding account updates, paperwork requests and other account‑related questions.
  • Process account paperwork submitted by financial professionals during peak times.
  • Research and collaborate with the Clearing Firm and internal teams to complete service tickets opened by financial professionals.
  • Lead with a problem‑solving mindset to help uncover client needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.

Work Environments

This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates at this time.
