Our client, a fast-growing technology-enabled healthcare solutions company, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst for their North Dallas headquarters (hybrid). This is a newly created position that is open due to our client’s enormous growth.

The position will be based in North Dallas, and our client offers a flexible hybrid work environment (3 days in office/2 days work from home).

Job SummaryAs a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving cost efficiency and financial discipline across the organization. The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the analysis, forecasting, and reporting of operating expenses, partnering with department heads and the AVP of FP&A to ensure strategic alignment and budget adherence. This role will also support strategic financial initiatives, ensuring robust financial planning, and insightful analysis to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead monthly expense reviews and variance analysis across departments
- Develop and maintain detailed expense forecasting models
- Partner with department leaders to understand cost drivers and identify savings opportunities
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Prepare executive‑level presentations and reports on expense trends and risks
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost management
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Drive process improvements in expense tracking and reporting systems
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization efforts
- Track and understand capital expenditures vs. budget expectations
- Partner with the Treasury function to assist with Cash Flow forecasting
