Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Conduct virtual, customer-facing interactions using state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Base pay ranges from $23.80 to $35.50 per hour, depending on geographic region:

• Bay Area, CA: $27.80 - $35.50
• Southern California: $27.80 - $35.50
• Colorado: $26.50 - $33.80
• Hawaii: $27.80 - $35.50
• Illinois: $26.50 - $33.80
• Maryland: $26.50 - $33.80
• Massachusetts: $27.80 - $35.50
• Minnesota: $23.80 - $29.30
• New Jersey: $27.80 - $35.50
• New York: $27.80 - $35.50
• Ohio: $23.80 - $29.30
• Vermont: $26.50 - $33.80
• Washington: $27.80 - $35.50
• Washington DC: $27.80 - $35.50
