This is a unique opportunity to join an absolute AI unicorn at a time of hypergrowth! The company is a Series C Startup, building something that will define our generation and they are looking to add to their lean finance team.

You will need to be an ambitious and fully qualified accountant but, importantly, you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting 'stuck in' to the more routine accounting tasks.

• Executing month-end close for multiple entities
• Financial reporting in US GAAP and SEC reporting, ensuring all financial reports comply with PCAOB audit standards
• Actively reviewing and looking to improve financial controls
• Hands‑on involvement in payables and receivables
• Main point of contact with audit

• Fully qualified accountant (CPA or ACA)
• Experience of financial reporting within a US regulatory public company setting (reports audited under PCAOB)
• Working within a multi‑entity setting, owning the month‑end close
• Located on the East Coast of the United States, with occasional on‑site presence in New York for audit purposes
• Ability to start in a new role by February 2026 at the latest
