This is not traditional FP&A. This is financial operations designed for execution. At 2 Hour Learning, you will not spend time reporting on outdated budgets or relying on BI teams for insights. Instead, you will construct the models, dashboards, and financial controls that deliver the clarity operators and executives require to make high‑confidence decisions every day. Your contributions will drive outcomes ranging from new school launches to strategic course corrections, and they must be rapid, precise, and dependable.

You will be responsible for a live, AI‑enhanced finance infrastructure. This includes integrated P&L models for every school and business vertical, rolling 12–18 month forecasts refreshed within 72 hours of current reality, and dashboards that isolate the two or three levers with the greatest strategic impact. You will deliver these using Klair, Syft, and Retool—without requiring engineering resources.

What You Will Be Doing

• Construct and sustain dynamic 3‑statement financial models for each school and vertical — integrating enrollment, staffing, and Cap Ex into a unified forecast.
• Refresh rolling 12–18 month forecasts on a weekly cadence using the most current data, and scenario‑test upside and downside exposures.
• Create executive dashboards powered by live data — surfacing critical levers and supporting daily, high‑conviction decision‑making.
• Deploy AI and automation to identify anomalies, monitor variances, and remove spreadsheet friction across finance workflows.
• Produce concise memos that distill financial risk, strategic alternatives, and budget impacts — at board‑ready quality, delivered within 72 hours.

• Running a sluggish budget cycle — your forecasts will adapt with the business in real time.
• Enforcing cost center compliance or tracking down receipts — you will prioritize clarity and control over process overhead.

• Creating reports that go unread — your deliverables will inform decisions within days of completion.

Vice President Of Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities

Provide continuously updated financial models, forecasts, and dashboards that enable daily decision‑making and strategic clarity across a fast‑scaling network of schools.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math (CPA/CFA/MBA is a plus)
• Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without sponsorship
• Prepared to travel approximately 25% to campuses across the U.S.
• 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, Big 4 corporate finance/M&A (not audit), or high‑growth FP&A
• Demonstrated experience constructing integrated 3‑statement models aligned with U.S. GAAP
• Capable of producing investor‑grade analysis and recommendations under compressed timelines
• Regular user of AI/automation tools (e.g., GPT, Klair, Syft, Retool, Net Suite automations)

Nice‑to‑have Requirements

• ERP platform experience with Net Suite, Oracle, or SAP
• Knowledge of multi‑site education, facilities management, or operationally intensive industries
• Background in board‑level reporting or materials prepared for investors
• Proven record of building AI‑automated dashboards or low‑code finance solutions
• Experience in high‑end service sectors with rigorous financial accountability
