Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do

• Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions.

Who You Are

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong experience and extensive tax law knowledge; active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and committed to enhancing our brand through excellent customer service.
• Comfortable using video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Minimum 20 hours per week, available on at least three days.

This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
