The Opportunity  We are seeking an experienced AML Compliance Officer to join our Compliance & Data Protection Department team. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) to ensure that all Company activities follow the necessary rules and regulations, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer on both day‑to‑day operations and strategic direction.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities   Maintain a comprehensive AML compliance program, risk controls, and reviews across the organization to ensure company‑wide compliance with payment institution laws and regulatory matters.
Oversee the development, implementation, administration, maintenance, and day‑to‑day activities of the Act/Anti‑Money Laundering Compliance Program.
Recommend, develop, and implement changes to existing and proposed procedures, policies, and programs, revising, repairing, and disseminating new and updated compliance standards and procedures.
Provide advice, guidance, and insight to management and staff regarding new and emerging compliance issues, and consult on establishing controls to mitigate AML compliance risk.
Identify and communicate the need for AML education programs and oversee the development and implementation of compliance training for all staff members.
Assist management and staff in formulating disclosure documents to ensure AML compliance with all policies and procedures.
Who Are We Looking For   Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Law, with 5+ years of AML compliance, risk management, audit experience, and a strong focus on risks and controls.
Practical working knowledge of payment institution compliance and operations, including related rules and regulations.
Demonstrated skill in effectively communicating results to a diverse audience, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
High ethical standards, critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Autonomous, self‑motivated, and flexible, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in English.
