This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Ag and Commercial Lender based in Mankato, MN, with flexibility for some remote work. The Ag and Commercial Lender will establish and maintain strong client relationships, evaluate loan applications, and develop personalized financial solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, assessing risk, managing a portfolio of loans, and achieving growth objectives. Collaborative efforts with internal teams and compliance with regulatory standards are essential to success in this role.
Qualifications- Expertise in financial analysis, loan underwriting, and credit evaluation
- Strong skills in client relationship management, business development, and customer service
- Experience in risk assessment and compliance with lending regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in agricultural, commercial, or business lending preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel locally as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
