About The Role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Manager, Credit & Fraud Analytics to join our high‑performing, high‑impact team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll serve as a key player in shaping credit and fraud risk strategies. You’ll own critical analytics functions— from credit provisioning insights to portfolio segmentation— and collaborate across teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Your work will influence long‑term financial planning and executive decision‑making at the highest level.

• Portfolio Segmentation & Dashboards:
  Build and maintain dashboards that segment credit and fraud risk profiles, driving visibility across portfolios
• Ad‑Hoc Risk Analytics:
  Dive deep into large datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and behavioral drivers impacting portfolio performance and loss provisioning
• Provision Forecasting:
  Support the forecasting and analysis of credit loss provisions through data‑backed insights and strategic commentary
• Competitive & Macroeconomic Tracking:
  Monitor external market trends and macroeconomic indicators to anticipate emerging risks and opportunities
• Self‑Serve Analytics Enablement:
  Develop tools and frameworks to enable other teams to run their own data queries and analyses efficiently
• Strategic Reporting:
  Craft clear, compelling data narratives and present findings to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders

• 3+ years of experience in credit analytics, fraud risk, or related fields (e.g., collections, recoveries, or portfolio management)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with Looker is a plus
• Experience working with large datasets to extract actionable insights
• Ability to communicate complex data in clear, strategic terms to non‑technical stakeholders
• A curious mindset and ability to leverage tools and AI to deeply understand trends
• Knowledge of the Canadian subprime lending space is a bonus
